Employee Sales Department (m/w)

As an inside salesperson, you will be the first point of contact for customers with questions about our products and you will be the link between the outside sales and work preparation.

What will you do?

• Taking telephone requests and processing orders;
• Give technical advice to the customer
• Provide calculations and quotations
• Follow up the issued quotations
• Communication regarding delivery times
• Taking care of after-sales and complaint handling.

What do we ask of you?

• Affinity with (horticultural) technology;
• A relevant completed MBO or HBO education. Preferably several years of experience in a similar position;
• A high degree of independence;
• Problem solving ability
• Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
